Orders

All orders placed via our website are final once payment is processed. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming. Due to the nature of fresh food production, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas
We deliver to selected areas within Queensland only, including regions between Noosa, Ipswich, and the southern Queensland border. Customers must check postcode eligibility on our website prior to ordering.
Delivery Fees
Free delivery on orders of 8 pizzas (full carton). Orders of 5–7 pizzas incur a $18 delivery fee. Minimum order: 5 pizzas. Maximum: 8 pizzas per carton.
Delivery Terms
Orders are delivered chilled (not frozen) in insulated cartons with silver foil lining and two ice packs. Packaging is designed to keep products cold for approximately 5–7 hours under normal conditions. Customers must be available or provide Authority to Leave (ATL). Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Product Storage

Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. You can freeze this product upon delivery if required. All storage and cooking instructions must be followed.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if products are damaged or incorrect. Claims must be made within 24 hours with photos and order details.

Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no access, or no safe drop location, the order may be forfeited without refund.

Liability

Empire Food Co is not responsible for delivery delays, spoilage after delivery, or failure to refrigerate products immediately.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
