Empire Food Co was founded by Australian entrepreneur Jason Hellestoe, whose strong work ethic and desire to build something meaningful with his family laid the foundation for the business. Rather than relying on major investors or a large corporate structure, he began with a clear vision: high-quality food should be easy for everyone to enjoy at home, not only in restaurants. With this idea in mind, he developed a range of gourmet pizzas designed to deliver great taste and convenience for families.
Starting from a small operation, Jason grew Empire Food Co through persistence, long hours, and a sharp focus on quality. The company steadily expanded and now supplies more than 650 stores across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Family involvement has remained central to the business, with family working alongside him and sharing the same commitment to consistency and customer satisfaction. Today, Empire Food Co is recognised for its premium gourmet pizzas that offer restaurant-style flavour at roughly half the cost, continuing Jason’s mission of providing delicious, accessible meals for people to enjoy at home.
